Opening:
The meeting was called to order by Jeffrey Dobbs at the Alcona EMS building on M72 at 7:13pm.

Welcomed everyone to the meeting.

July 4th Parades | Volunteers Needed
Carrie has the trailer and decorations and candy for the parades. She also has some glow stick kits for the kids to put together. Gonna be at Barton City and maybe Glennie too.
LRT Dinner Update
We do have the Sunrise Center reserved for it. They didn’t ask for any money down. Two catering places are being checked into for this event. We need silent auction donations. Jeff will email our distribution list to solicit donations, as well as precinct delegates within the 1st District.
Peace Rally & Iosco Lincoln Reagan Dinner Updates
The Peace Rally was great. Honks of support and honks against. There was a prayer, about 30-40 people showed up. Waved flags. It was very peaceful.
The Iosco Lincoln Reagan Dinner was great. Had a few speakers. Joshua Paladino, temporary Mayor of Hillsdale. Representative Mike Hoadley. Governor Candidate Aric Nesbit. 1st Congressional District Chairwoman Daire Rendon. 1st Congressional District Representative Candidate Justin Michal.
Also went to the Michigan Freedom Fighters Tactical Weekend in Mio was cool. Had Bernadette Smith & her husband there. Chris Long, MIGOP Grassroots Vice Chair. And many others. Jeff asked Bernadette to speak at our LRT dinner, she said yes if she’s available. They’re working on that.
July Tri-County Fundraising Event
With Ogemaw & Iosco counties, as well as Alcona, are working towards a mutual BBQ. As more details come in we’ll be able to provide them then.
Resignations
Frank Grubbs and Andy Jamieson from the executive board resigned. Frank is moving, and Andy is focusing on his pastoral duties and family. Julie Grubbs is moving as well, so that opens up a PD position in Caledonia township.

Mackinac Leadership Conference
Jeff and Jess did get the early bird tickets for the conference. Jeff will take photos and provide a summary after attending.
Precinct Delegates Needed
Jeff & Jess are going to look into becoming notaries. Gonna sign people up at the fair and elsewhere as precinct delegates. Jess is working on a training to add to the precinct delegate page on website.

Our county treasurer and prosecutor are resigning. Which is interesting to note, because they both just got re-elected.
