Opening:
The meeting was called to order by William Sickner at the Alcona EMS building on M72 at 7:01pm.

Chairman’s Welcome
Welcomed everyone to the meeting.
Elected Official Acknowledgments & Statements
Carrie stated that Mikado might try for a grant for renovating a store they bought for back taxes, need to get it torn down and make it a pavilion. Roof is caved in, and it’s on F30. Not too far down from the Civic Center. Maybe put in pickle ball courts, to extend into Bruce Park.
LRT Dinner Update
Still need silent auction donation items. Some tickets have been sold, and a Trump Sponsorship is under the way for an Attorney General Candidate. Ideas are being thought up for centerpieces and other decorations. Might need to get own linens for tables.
Four-County Republican Candidate Rally Update
Jess went over the people attending the rally, according to the new flyer. Lisa Turek & Bob Turek to put flyer up in their Chiropractic office.
Alcona County Fair Volunteer Sign-ups
Kudos to Jeff & Jess from Carrie for sitting at the fair the entire time. The fair was slow, but still a nice time. Made $65 dollars at the fair.

Treasurer’s Report:
ACRC (Working): $619.76 (savings), $575.00 (checkings), with a $5 hold. Total of $1194.76 accessible in the working account.
ACR (Corporate): $55.05 checking, and $5 hold in share account. Accessible is the $55.05.
Just received a check for $100 for two tickets to LRT, that needs to be deposited.
Judy motions to accept, Nelson seconds. Discussion, none. Motion passes.

Precinct Delegates Needed
Jess is still working on adding stuff to the website and apologizes for the delay. We need delegates for nearly every precinct. Send them our way if you know anyone who is interested.

Jess Dobbs:
Went over the notes that Jeff gave her about the MIGOP Chair Zoom Call that happened last night.
Bob Turek:
Sent an article to Jeff & Jess about a think tank associated with the Dem Party, 45 words/terms recommending Dems not use, because people hate them. Stakeholders, chest feeding, other woke terms. We can forward this to anyone who wants it. USDA says their not subsidizing solar farms on Farmland anymore.
Judy French:
Carolyn Brummund was speaking against the AxMITax petition at the Harrisville township meeting.
William Sickner:
County government, he subscribed to their YouTube channel, and they did post it but he didn’t watch it yet. He wants us to know that it’s on there.
