Opening:
The meeting was called to order by Jeffrey Dobbs at the Alcona EMS building on M72 at 7:02pm.

Business:
Chairman’s Welcome
Welcomed everyone to the meeting.
Alcona County Fair
It’s from August 4-8th, and Carrie will set up the supplies for the fair booth on the 3rd. Jeff & Jess to pick up the Candy Jar for the guessing game and the money box before their shift on the 4th. Carrie will run the booth on Saturday. Jeff and Jess to run the booth the rest of the week, with William helping on one of the evenings.
County Convention – August 13th at 7pm
We have four slots for the State Convention, and each delegate will be required to pay $25 to attend. It will be held at the Soaring Eagle Casino in Mt. Pleasant.

Treasurer’s Report:
ACRC (Working): $620.84 (savings), $2175.08 (checkings), with a $5 hold. Total of $2795.92 accessible in the working account.
ACR (Corporate): $220.05 checking, and $5 hold in share account. Accessible is the $220.05.
