Opening:
The meeting was called to order by Jeffrey Dobbs at 7:07pm.

Chairman’s Welcome
Welcomed everyone to the meeting.
Voter Guide Ads Update
Jess made the 2026 Voter Guide to be published in the Alcona County Newspaper starting next week, and online as well. The ad will be a black and white printed ad at ¼ of the page and will run for four weeks. Jeff is finalizing the phone texting ads deal with the 1st Congressional District party using our credits we have that are included with our dues. Jeff is also trying to finalize the process with Facebook to start doing some Facebook advertising as well, and we hope to have a final decision on that process by Wednesday the 30th this week.
Ballot Proposals
There are a few ballot proposals that were looked over by the board, and we will write and publish more information about the State wide proposals on our blog on our website.

Treasurer’s Report:
ACRC (Working): $620.84 (savings), $2345.08 (checkings), with a $5 hold. Total of $2865.92 accessible in the working account.
ACR (Corporate): $220.05 checking, and $5 hold in share account. Accessible is the $220.05.
